The friendliest staff, great location , wonderful apartment with everything we needed, okay breakfast. Very clean, excellent location. Upgrade to apartment was a bonus. Close to station and thermal baths. Pleasant and cozy place to stay.

The location is perfect, not far from the cableway station, close to everything in the center of Bad Gastein, and near a bus stop. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including a dishwasher. The breakfast is also a nice bonus.

This was such a great place to stay! the location was ideal, situated close to the center of town and near the bus stop. It was also not far from the cableway station so getting around was easy. the room was cozy and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options to choose from. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the balcony was a nice touch and provided a great view.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Bad Gastein. The location was absolutely perfect - close to the center of town, the cableway station, and even a bus stop. It made getting around so easy. The staff was also very friendly and attentive to detail, ensuring that my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher in the kitchen. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is in a wonderful location and very close to the main attractions. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always eager to help. The large size of the room was a great advantage, allowing plenty of space for all of our things. The breakfast was also fantastic with a large variety of options.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was not reliable at all and made it difficult to stay connected to the internet. The cleanliness of the room was also an issue, with the bathroom not being properly cleaned. Additionally, the elevator was often slow and it was faster to take the stairs, which wasn't ideal when carrying luggage. Although the location was great, the noise from nearby clubs and bars made it difficult to sleep.
